Hello Team,

We have booked Total 10 tickets. We booked 3 A.C and due to ac bhogi not working they gave us a sleeper for the same. We have the receipt from the TTE.

I had raised the TDR as suggested by [email protected] when I saw the status and it failed and no refund came.

I have taken the receipt from the TTE, and I am attaching the receipts given by TTE as well.

I had sent so many emails I didn’t get the proper reply.

Can you please check and let me know.
