I booked tab in online throughout ecommerce website bookmytab I paid money Rupees 3999 throughout by Indianbank account. The amount was didected in my account and order was booked order number – 1166790661 date – 19th October 2020. I get message conformation but I coudnt get mail conformation. The delivery date was 23rd October 2020 but I coudnt receive any order. Am trying to contact customer care but number was not working I dropped a text also but I coudnt get any conformation and replay from bookmytab team. Pls take my complaint. I brought tab for my son we are the below middle class family rupees 3999 is very big amount for me. Please take action immediately on this type of ecommerce websites.
