Text of Complaint by Albert Myrchiang:

I ordered a Wizpad ( Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inches, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling  Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black Product ID :) through the website BookmyTab on 19th July 2020.

I received a product that is not as per the mentioned specification on 30th July 2020. I want to return the item to get my money back

The amount paid through HDFC – Debit card – Payment (Id-338102287) for an amount of Rs 3999.2.

I sent an email to enquire about the status of my tab on 25th July 2020 in the email mentioned in the website but the email bound back.

Kindly help.
