I have ordered 3 tablets ( wizpad z1 pro) worth of INR 11997 through book my tab website and i have done payment online through my intener banking on 21st Nov 2020. Out of 3, one product was delivered which is totally defective and old one. But I did not received confirmation for the other 2 yet.. I have sent email to support email address but my mail is failed to send because it’s fake email address. Also i tried to contact the support number provided in website and no response. I want my refund and request you to take necessary action.
