Dear Sir/Madam
I ordered a shoes Bond Street From Redtape Sneakers Size 7 , White from Flipkart on 13 Oct. 2022. It delivered on time 21 Oct. 2022.
But I received a different size of 8 ,White of Rs. 1279. I raise complaint against on the same day 21 oct. and company gave me resolution date 24 Oct. But next day it extend upto 25 Oct. 2022.
I call many times to solve this issue but every executive said it is solve on resolution date.
Reality this company gave me date on date and now it extend upto 28 and today upto 30 October.
I want to refund my Amount if Rs 1279 and compensation amount for delaying and mentally pressure.
