placed an order for jeans from the company during their BOGO (Buy One Get One) sale. After receiving the order, I requested an exchange as per their policy. However, during the exchange process, one item from my order was cancelled without my consent or prior information.
The cancelled item was part of the BOGO offer. Till date, I have neither received the cancelled product nor any refund for it. I have contacted customer support multiple times through email but have not received any proper response or resolution.
Due to this, I have suffered financial loss and inconvenience. I request the company to either deliver the cancelled item as per the original offer or provide a full refund immediately.
