I got carried away with the advertisement of Moonpod on Facebook for 0.01$ and ordered it through lguitarpeak.me website. The amount shown before checkout was 4$ but 44$ (4040Rs) got deducted from my account without any reason. I contacted customer care and asked for reason and also for reason. They denied it on mail and said the product will be delivered soon and provided me with tracking id. After a wait of one month they finally delivered but it was not the correct order that was supposed to be delivered instead they sent a piece of cloth with a tag of 6000Rs. I tried to contact them again but the website is down and the customer case is not responding. Please let me know what can be done in such case since they fraudulently took 4000Rs and also did not deliver the correct product.
