I am Tejas , ordered 1 earphones from the saying company. There was a offer going on at that time of “Buy 1 at 285” so naturally i ordered 1, on 7th October, 2022. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. But till date now i didn’t get any response. I tried to contact them through their helping website which was a mail site . I didn’t got any email from them. Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
