I ordered boat earphone in march and got delivered by flipkart. In month of may it stopped working so complaint on boat support in may and they took my not working earphone in month of June. And after 5 days to it they updated complaint status as “replaced product has been issued” but its been 2 month I did not received it moreover their customer care number is not working and they are not replying to my mails.
