I have ordered a wrong colour product by mistake on 15 August, it was prepaid costing 1799 and tried to cancel it as soon as i placed the order and saw the colour. There wasn’t any option to cancel the order so i tried calling customer service but they were on holiday so i mailed them about the issue within 20 minutes of order place date. I got no response on mail so i called customer care after two days and they ensured me to cancel the order as soon as they will see the mail. They replied after four days via email that the order is on the way to delivery so they can’t cancel the order. I again called the customer service and they said they will replace the product with the desired color product if i raise replacement request and mention the issue after delivery of product. I requested for replacement and they rejected the request. The headphones are not even working and they are not replacing them.
