Hello Team,
Airdopes 163 ivory white, which I had bought from a local area retailer, stopped functioning after a month. I reported the issue to Boat via Instagram, and after the product was picked up and replaced once more, it stopped working after 10 days. I’m requesting a refund. I am unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution or response from boat. Customer service department where only the IVR rings and no agent answers the phone. I don’t want a replacement product because I can’t get in touch with anyone at boat to ask for a refund of the money I paid for the item and recompense for all the hassle it created.
