I was purchased boat airdopes 141 in month of March ending within 2 months airdopes are not working properly and left side bud is fully not working and charging issue , I’m called to boat customer care and raised issue, He told raise warranty in online, so that I proceeded as he says, aug 5th delivery person came to my location and collected defect airdopes and 9th aug delivered. I’m checked that and it’s again not working, so again I returned boat buds in aug 9th Delivery agent picked up from my side still now not received my product, I tried so many times and spoke with boat customer care more than 8 times they simply say wait 48hours your problem will solve … today sep-13-2023 still now I’m received any update from her … I have all proofs for submission
