Text of Complaint by Manish Mishra:

Dear Sir,

I bought BoAT Headphones on 7th June and in mere 10 days of usage the set stopped working.

As per the Company policy I registered the complaint via Ticket Number 1212162  and the headphone set was collected too for replacement.

Upon receipt of the headset, the company emailed me confirming that within 4 working days its status will be updated to me (refer acknowledgement attached).

Not it has been well over 5 weeks and there has been no reply from Company. The phone number remains unanswered and no emails are replied. When I followed up on Twitter asking status and requesting replacement (since it has been well over a month) – a very sympathetic reply was received that did not answer the problem.

I had bought the headset for my kids (secondary students) online classes and also for my WFH needs. In absence of the same both tasks are getting hampered.

Please help me to get the new pair of handset else the refund.
