I ordered boat extend watch on 1st February and it was not working properly so I returned and it was picked up on 22nd February but I have not received the refund till now and when I checked with amazon they are saying they have received incorrect product but I have given correct product of boat extend watch only and representative who came to pick the product has also checked it and then only he took it. How amazon can say I have given incorrect product I want my refund back of Rs 2599
