bought 5 earpodes and 2 smart watches one watch was bought on 12th june and other was bought on 13th . but now no one is replying .

I have ordered boat ear pods and have made payment of ruppes 609 on 15 th jun 2023. I Have not received any mail regarding the shipping of the product yet. So irresponsible so them to not even report the date of the delivery.
Kindly make them repay my amount.
