I have send my airdopes for replacement
But it get decline by showing the reason of physical damage , but from my side it was not having any damage or else
I have send the product for replacement due to the sound and charging issue
But they show the product is damaged and resend it to me
When I receive and check the product
The right earpiece is opened and and loose and the magnet is not sticking to the charging case and the left earpiece is not working at all
Kindly check the process and solve my issue
As trust is the most important part , replace it and keep my trust
