Sir/Madam,
I made an online transaction from the official BOat website for purchase of BOat rocker 335 (Ocean Blue) earphones. The transaction was done on May 6th, 2021 and payment was made via UPI. The amount was deducted from my account but no acknowledgement of the same, including any orderId has been provided by Boat.
Since then, I have followed up multiple times with BOat, but every single time I am either asked to redirect mail to a new email id, or asked to provide the same details again. I am given assurances of the team reaching out to me on several occasions but no one from the company has reached out to me with any details post a month.

BUT STILL REFUND IS NOT CREDITED ON MY ACCOUNT .PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT
