Text of Complaint by Deepak Pinjani:

My bus ticket number TMBX56785607 Bangalore to Coimbatore 11/11/18 Bus operator left before the boarding time from Marathalli. When I called and asked where the bus is I was told to board from Bellandur. On my way I called again to check and was told the bus will not have any boarding at bellandur. I missed my journey due to bus operator. Raised complain to RedBus but they are just apologizing and saying feedback will be communicated to bus operator, refusing to refund my money.
RedBus Complaint ID 5976268. The complaint id gets repeatedly closed with bogus responses from their typical scripts even though I clearly state I want a refund.
