Hi i’m MOHAMMED sameer hussain im facing no internet and no landline issue. I made complaint on 23rd may and the issue resolved on 31 may and again no connections from 12th june till now which is 18th june and still not rectified. 2 days ago an engineer came but gone without resolving the issue. Every day im calling customer service and tgey are just provided by false clas as today it will be resolved but its not happening. I found a worst customer service from airtel, I’ll be waiting till 19th june if not rectified i am going to get out of airtel services.
