Text of Complaint by C Vohra:

I had ordered the above purifier on5/11/21. It was defective and did not serve the purpose. That very day I contacted Amazon and was assured that it would be picked up. The seller called and spoke very rudely about the matter. I have been contacting Amazon everyday but the matter has not been solved yet. It is 18/11/21.
