I had raised a request on 11 July for AC service(#TicketNo. B22071104272). A Blue star technician visited my place and broke the AC. I again raised my concern to your service centre and Service Centre (Hindustan repairing Cooling centre). Your service centre told me they can’t do anything in this matter and the service centre will have to fix it. And the Service centre guy has been making us fool since then and daily told us that that would be fixed today.
Since last 1 month, My AC has not been working and the service centre and your call centre are just giving excuses. Please resolve this query as soon as possible and take relevant action against our service centre to provide the worst service to the customer.
