I have placed an order for Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Fixed Speed Split AC in Amazon. Instead I have received different product (Indoor unit Inverter model & Outdoor unit non inverter). This details got to know from service technician. I requested for replacement for the wrong product. Initially they agreed for the replacement and they asked me to wait until the stoke is available. Now they are telling the stoke is not available we can’t replace the product and arranging for refund with old price. I am ok for refund with current product price. In that case I have to put 3000 rupees from my pocket. Product was delivered on 5th of October still the issue not resolved and I am unable to use the product. Again I have to pay additional 1500 rupees for uninstallation.
Request you please help regarding the issue.
