Ordered Blue eagle 500 watt juicer mixer grinder and it was faulty requested replacement on 20 Aug and today’s date is 6th Oct every time I contact customer service I keep getting told that the product will be picked up this evening next evening, this weekend or next weekend and a replacement will be provided but it never happened and when asked customer service to compensate for the inconvenience I was told they don’t do anything for inconvenience they have caused in the process. This has caused a lot of frustration need help.
