I’m using dual sim, one is airtel another one is Jio. In my locality airtel signals are weak so I only recharge Jio, but my bank accounts are linked to airtel number. Due to non recharge for airtel number they are blocking incoming calls and SMS. Someone withdraw my money from my bank account. But I have no clue about that, until I visited the branch to check balance. And now a days they have reduced the validity of normal recharge. At the time I bought airtel, they had different policy and they have changed it however they want. Please fill a complaint against airtel and save people and there hard earned money. Thank you.
