Respected Sir
My complaint against Paytm postpaid service. I had cleared all dues for the payment in month of August. Now the situation is about to delete account in postpaid service but they disable the option and customer care is giving not proper response. They removed ivr option in customer care number and message team also not replying the same .
Please help me in this regard.
