Hi All,
Few days back , My Flipkart Id got blocked without any notification. I have followed up and complained on the same to customer care.
I am getting the same response again and again saying , due to high number of returns, system blocked you and you cannot able to login to your account in future.
one thing I don’t understand, we do returns when products are not good.and I did the same. when Flipkart send bad products and we return, after some days they block our ID and get no response for our queries from customer care.
I had taken one product from Flipkart just before they block my I’d and that product is shoe which is toren . I would like to return it back and need my money. but Flipkart customer support is not at all responding to my queries and not resolving my issue to login or to return my item.
