Hi,
While buying samsung F23, site was showing to buy its cover and tempered glass together so i bought together all 3 item. They delivered cover and glass within 2-3 days and after a week they sent the phone today, since this was an exchange purchase so when they chekced my phone they found it not in good condition for exchange so i returned the new phone also. now i want to return the cover and glass they blocked my account and when i tried calling customer service they are saying the items cannot be returned and not giving any option to unlock my account. Please help in this query because this is exploitation, if they are selling 3 products together then it should be delivered together and should be returned together. what will i do of cover and glass without a phone?
