My airtel mobile no. 7993024123 has been suspended since Saturday (Dec15, 2018). Don’t know the reason. I called customer service at 121 and visited airtel office. Both airtel office and customer care at 121 told me that my account is barred and they unbarred it and told me to wait for 1 hour. It has happened like that 6 to 7 times but no result. Everytime they unbarred it, the system is barring it again and again. so Still no mobile connection. I also changed my sim as one of the customer service told me to do so. still no use. No connection yet. Please review my case. I m only able to access internet and nothing else. I have written mails to nodal officer in Bangalore. still no use. I get a standard reply from them saying that they are working on it.
