Hi Team,
Flip-kart blocked my account stating multiple returns. They already state their return policy. But never mentioned that they have any limit to this. Further my returns was only related to clothing. Which is quite obvious if we are doing online purchase.
The return reason was genuine like fit or fabric issue, wrong colour received and even sometimes brand tag was missing.
The last order too is having colour and fabric issue. But while placing return there was some error and after that account was blocked.
I believe Flip kart never mentioned any where that we have certain limits for return also.
Further they never notified or got my account settled before blocking my account.
I am chasing from last 3 days but no one is there to take care and help us in resolving issue. My accounts still has rewards and coins which was not settled so far.
Its disgusting Flip kart. This is unacceptable behaviour from brand like this.
