I purchased washing machine and refrigerator from flipkart ..the payment method was from my mom bajaj card ..nxt day i received notification that my both orders are cancelled and account is blocked..i has placed orders 2-3 days prior as well i paid 2800 bucks..and i have no idea if the orders are still coming or cancelled…i have not received refund..everytime i call customer service they just give me deadlines…nothing has happened till now..no one contacted me..
