I tried to place an order on blinkit app and did online payment through Paytm app. The money got deducted and i received message about transaction to blinkit (groffers) but the order did not proceed and no order placed. I raised complaint and they said they initiated refund and i will receive after 5-7 working days.
After 11 days still no refund, then i complaint and they said refund failed due to technical issues and re initiated refund. As it’s Paytm wallet it should be refunded by 24-48hrs.
Even after 14 days no refund and after complaining i get same story and asked to wait for 48 working hrs not just 48 hrs that means wait for weekend then again wait for Monday and Tuesday.
I think it’s a fraud and they have no intention of returning money.

Blinkit has a policy of automatically initiating a refund to your bank account if a payment has been wrongfully made and credited to your credit card account or bank account….
