I had my engagement on 14th July 2023. I ordered grocery items from Blinkit on 12th July of Rs. 2422 , Rs. 970 & 762 total is 4152 from which they refunded only 351. I lost Rs 3803 as the first delivery guy who came to deliver the product refused to deliver it as he was very angry I told him to come to my exact address which I entered while placing the order but he refused. I contacted Blinkit customer care The executive listened all the call recordings and said that it’s not my mistake and he is placing a new order on behalf of me. I was waiting for my order suddenly the app got logged out from my phone and I was not able to track anything. When I tried to contact Blinkit they said that can’t help as the order was showing delivered. And they are refusing to refund the amount. Also they blocked my account. They block everything and replying that they can’t help. I had my engagement then I bought stuff from the local shop. They tourtered me mentally. Please take some action against them as they are not helping there customers. There delivery executives re very rude and behave very bad.
