Blinkit is a fraudulent company designed to cheat consumers and harass them if they raise an issue. This has happened in the past too. They deliver expired food items with fungus and mold on it. Today I placed an order and called them up as soon as the order was placed, asking them to make sure that the packets were fresh and not expired. They have once again delivered expired food items and are not issuing refund. There is a problem with each and every order. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They have blocked my refund option and are not even available! They cite their own company policies for not resolving their complaint as if it were superior than the laws of India! I would like to request everyone to stop making pre-payments and only choose Cash on Delivery.
