Dear Sir

• I got a courier parcel from your branch off Trichirappalli Mahalakshmi Nagar Trichy palpannai courier

 track no is 1332921128655

 map ID 19298102

order date is 03/20/2021

I placed order for smartphones 4G rs.2999/- from this following link

https://www.hope4shops.co.in/product/viva-4g-smartphone-4gb-ram-64gb-storage-newly-launched/

I received a courier post paid rs.2999 through gpay from your delivery person then I opened I got shock I received wirless headphone mobile along with some playing cards.

I immediately informed your delivery man  I am cheated by seller so I want return back this parcel to your courier service and very next returned the parcel I handed parcel and hand written letter of my complaint

I submitted my aadhar copy transaction details screen shots of smartphone.

I am putting a notice and complaint through this mail against  wrongly product delivery my courier post pl quickly make it arrangements for return amont into my account.

I am sending all particulars  courier post screen shots and my transaction details

through this mail.

Kindly make it fast response further information
