Respected sir,
I have a complaint about the company named Task Quick digital Service. They were blackmailing me to pay money. Firstly they ask to pay 3500 rs as admin charge i paid that cash. After paying this amount i ask them that if i paid that amount you willnot file a case against me they agreed that that’s why i paid that amount. Then after paying that amount they asked to pay either 3000 or 3500. When i was joining i asked them for any extra payment they said that no other payments other than this admin fees 3500. But they are frequently blackmailing me to pay 3500 to get next work otherwise pay 3000 for cancellation of the agreement. They are also blackmailing me with an agreement and my call recordings. In that agreement it is clear that this cancellation charge is applicable only when the agreement is cancelled within 24h. After 13 days they asked me to pay that amount. If not they will file case against me. Plz take necessary actions sir. Please help me to get out from this.
