Sometime ago I received call regarding for online typing job and then they provide me registration id and password for the job they take from me a digital signature and they told me you have to do work within 10 days otherwise you have to pay penalty charges to the company..but they don’t provide me the company details employee details or any address proof and then I start the work but I have some confusion on how to do the work then I called them and ask for I have some query about work but they can’t receive the call for two days then i called from another number to the (6359569909) they received then I ask them why are you not receive my number then he disconnected the call and then again i called them they received and  say if you have any problem so you don’t have to  do this work and then i told them I need this job just explain and provide your company name and details also  me they talk very agresively and said we don’t have provide any company details and suggest me to call helpline number 9909901359 and she also the same word and disconnected the call and never received my call then suddenly after 10 to 12 days I received the call and email from advocate side 9766520071 all calls from Gujrat ADV.Arjun Shukla

B:C:I:-GJ-2104/2016. he threat me to pay the 72000 for company loss or he will file a complaint against me then I told them please tell me your details and company details he using abusive words and he can’t send me the any details he just threat me to pay the amount and I recorded all calls. Now he blackmailing me to pay through paytm QR code which showing account belongs to LEGAL SERVICES I’ve the QR code and UPI NO : paytmqr28100505010111iufk33uop3@paytm

It’s showing account belong to Registered Name.  Gajjar Hetvi Vijaykumar

Please take action immediately and help me.
