Hon. Madam/Sir, I was trying to avail an instant app based loan. I downloaded the Cash Light app from Google Play Store. After submitting the required details, the app took hours. Even before they Credited the loan in my account. I reached out to their WhatsApp no and Email id asking them to cancel the loan. However after may be seeing my message they credited the amount. As the due date is for 1 week. I availed the loan on 11.05.2022 and the repayment is on 17.05.2022.
However I got calls and whatsapp messages with my photos, aadhar and Pan Card with a threatning message that they will create whatsapp group and add all my contacts and shame me.
Fearing such social delima I managed to arrange the amount of Rs 2000/- against a loan of 1260 Rs. And paid them using the UPI showing their app.
I would like you to please take a stromg action against such culprits. My dear is that even after repaying the. loan they may misue my data and blacmail me further to pay extra.
