Text of Complaint by Sundhararajan:

Dear Officer,

I am writing this letter to express my bitter experience had with your vodafone store team leader (TL) on my recent visit. Let me introduce, I am the customer of your Vodafone network from february 2008 on wards as a prepaid customer and I have changed to postpaid from january 2015on wards. my mobile no is 9787126320 (Postpaid).

Last Tuesday(04.12.2018) I have visited to your vodafone store whis is located at No: M6, Royal City, First Floor, Karur bypss road, near Chathiram busstand, Trichy – 2 for change my plan from post paid to prepaid and my token no was 312. My turn came and your representative called me and asked about my request. I asked her to change my no from postpaid to prepaid. Immediately she said it is not possible to change it. We will take the request only on every month 1 to 3 of bill cycle. I said no. The provision is there please check it. Though i was repeatedly telling her, she was not even check online. Then I made a call to Vodafone customer care support (199) from my mobile number and asked about the procedure, the executive was very clearly explained me that at any time anywhere the customer can change the options. Only think is the customer has to paid all previous bills and surrounder the sim buy new prepaid sim and it will activate maximum 72 hours. I conveyed this information to the junior representative, She said it is not possible. Then i told to the customer care support executive he asked me to hand over the phone to the store representative. But they were not willing to talk to him including the team leader.

Then i was thinking to convey this issue to branch manager and i asked the store manager. Unfortunately no one was there that day and Team Leader Ms. vaishnava attended my complaint.
I have explained everything and requested her to change my plan. Immediately she said no even she dont want to listen my complaint at all. straight the way she said no. Then i asked her to give written statement that we are unable process now. She refused to do it. Further i asked complaint / Feedback register for write this complaint on the note. She said we don’t have any register here.

The way she responded is totally unacceptable and not good manners. i never had such a worst experience in my life any where. Her work is support the customer grievances and moreover she is appointed for that purpose.

Therefore, I am requesting you to take necessary action against her and expecting a apology letter from her as soon as possible. i am waiting for your kind reply at the earliest. Otherwise I may change from your network to other network and go for lea-gel aspects in the consumer court.

Note:- In my house we have totally 18 connections from your vodfone network
