My registered phone number is +91-9831557050 and my name is Sarthak Ghosh. I think I am a regular customer for BBK who ordered and appeared in dine-in multiple BBK eateries through out India (New Delhi, Gurugram, NOIDA and Kolkata) several times is past 2 years. Yesterday (19-Jun-2021) I ordered online for a takeaway order at BBK, Gariahat, Kolkata and it was a nightmare food experience I had in terms of cooking though ingredients were very good.
1) Lucknow biryani was overcooked, rice was mashed and all the ghee and spices were deposited at the bottom.
2) Ulta Parantha one side was not cooked at all. Picture attached. I had no other choice but cooking at one side at home.
While I was trying to lodge a complaint at calling +91-9555212212 on 20-Jun-2021 through Mr. Jaydeep (that’s the name, the person from other side mentioned) he was so arrogant, unsupportive and naive he almost thought I was begging for refund instead of lodging complaint and providing customer satisfaction so that I should remain BBK customer. This added extra disappointment and dissatisfaction about my BBK experience.
