Binomo blocked my account for no valid reason.

Text of Complaint by Olajide Amusat:

I registered on Binomo trading platform following all rules and steps. I verified my account using the correct details and my account was confirmed to be successfully verified by Binomo.

After then I deposited an amount to start trading. Trading was fine. I made profits and losses. After a few days, I deposited again and it was successful with no issues. Then when I try to withdraw, I was unable to withdraw, then I contacted the support to complain and they told me that I have to make another deposit using another method which would make withdrawal easy. I did use another method to deposit again. It was successful again. Then I tried to use that method to withdraw my money, it wouldn’t work as it kept giving errors. I reached out to the support again to ask why. They said in their client agreement that if I haven’t made certain amount of trades on my account, I wouldn’t be able to withdraw unless a 10% of my balance is deducted by their admin. And then I would be allowed to withdraw. I agreed to the term and the deducted the 10% of my balance. Then I tried again to make the withdrawal, it still wouldn’t work.

I had to reach out to their online support team again, they said my account would need to undergo a security check which would take about 10 business working days before a resolution is reached and withdrawal on my account would be blocked until the security check is complete. After 10 business working days, no feedback from the team. I had to reach out to the online support over and over again with no positive feedback until after a month before a mail was sent that my account has been blocked!

This is for no valid reason! All my documents were checked and verified by them before I started trading. I didn’t conduct any illegal or wrong transaction. This is not fair looks like a fraud.
All I want is my remaining money back.
I can’t login to my account at all and all my funds is with Binomo.
