Dear Mam/Gentleman
My Tata Sky no 1360347999 in name Sanjay Jain at Chennai.
Amazon Binge Fire Stick charges for 4 months collected even though i did not accept the activation. I am requesting to refund the amount, but no use. Cutomer care assured while installation, they wont levy any charges without my consent, but dont know how they got the OTP and activated it. I have not used it even for 10 minutes. Now i am harassed with calls from Tata Sky and their distributors, technicians to return the Fire Stick Binge. I have said them to refund the amount and i will return. but they dont understand what subscriber say. This is very painful for me and my family that they torture us for their fault.
I hope i will get my hard earned money back and Tata the world’s most reputed brand will not do what other telecom companies do with customers.
