Text of Complaint by Asha Arora:

I have a postpaid airtel connection. I subscribed to DTH about 3 years back and the unsubscribed the same about 2 1/2 years back. DTH was not used and no bills were received for DTH usage. Airtel suddently put my in Airtel Black scheme without my knowledge and consent, and also started charging for DTH connection without for the last six months. I have written many mails to Airtel Bharti and also to Nodal Officer to stop DTH charges. Airtel recently replied that I should unbundle DTH through theeir app which is not user friendly and I am not able to unbundle the same.
