Dear Team,
Its being more than 8 years that i am a part of Vodafone family. However, now i doesn’t see that you people are keen to maintain this relation further. Also, i called to you at your appellate desk 14 days back and i was told that i will be contacted within next 24 hrs with the resolution and result is that no body contacted me till yet.
My concern is regarding billing for my Vodafone number 9711855288 there are some unnecessary charges which are levied on my number like late payment, call conferencing, internet charges, etc. which i had not used.
I was also told that i will get all the charges waived off. However, against that i only 400 or 500 rs has been waived off. The services of my number has been barred. I am unable to use the services of my number from past more than 30 days.
I don’t able to understand that being a part of service industry you people are even not providing proper services or resolution to your customers but also not contacting them after giving commitment.
I want all the money to be waived off at the earliest with the period of bill from which i had not used the services.
