RESPECTED SIR,
I AM USING A AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION FOR LAST 4 TO 5 YEARS. IAM USING 749 MONTHLY PLAN.BUT FOR LAST 4 TO 5 MONTHS MY BILL IS GENERETED HIGH.AND I REGURALY PAY MY HIGH AMOUNT BILL FOR CONTINOUS 2 MONTH. BUT WHEN I CHECKED THIS WITH CUTSOMER CARE,THEN I GOT TO KNOW THAT 999/MNTH PLAN WAS ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION AND MY KNOWLEDGE.
THATS WHY I HOLD THE PAYMENT OF AIRTEL BILL FOR TWO MONTHS.AND INFORM THEM THROUGH MAIL TO SORT OUT MY ISUUE. AND ALSO ASK THEM TO ARRANGE A CALL BACK TO ME BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GETING MY ISSUE THROUGH MAIL. SIR WHY SHOULD I PAY EXTRA AMOUNT WHICH I HVE NEVER USED.
NOW MY NUMBER IS SUSPENDED BY AIRTEL AND NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED TO ME.
SIR ITS A REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND RESOLVE THE SAME.
