Dear team
I am being excessively charged by airtel and they are falsely promising me that if I pay a certain amount the remaining amount will be discounted. The airtel team forced me to pay the bill and have not kept up their side of the promise. Unable to reach airtel customer care in any way. Kindly help. Very poor service from airtel.
