We applied for a family plan in Nov 2021 with my prime number as 9811800610 and 9899439800,9212239800,9810124931 & 7834840495 as rest member.on After 1-2 days i got message fro Vodafone on my secondary numbers to send consent to join with primary number.I gave my consent from all my numbers but Vodafone didn’t add my two numbers,9899439800 & 7834840495 in family plan resulting they demanded charges on my family plan and also on other two numbers which they didn’t include in family plan. i contacted several time to vodafone customer care number but didn’t get any satisfactory reply. Then i went vodafone service center 2-3 times but all in vain. Finally i have been asked to file my complaint in vodafone appellate which i filled. From there side i got a call and asked to send proof that i gave my consent for said two number for family plan joining which i send them through mail. After that i sent then 2-3 reminder but didn’t get any reply from their end. Right now outgoing is barred on all my five numbers. We became handicapped without our mobiles..
