From last one months we given request to give me full and final amount till today of our both nunber 9324008787 and 9324115057, but till now your billing department or customer careĀ  team not able to give me exact amount to be paid and migrate postpaid to prepaid but you people play mail mail game, and today you barred outgoing facility of our both number..
First of all unbarred our both number 9324008787 and 9324115057 immediately and give actual amount of both nunber till today to pay.. We will not paid any of your charges and current months rentĀ  because of your negligence this happened.
As per airtel company norms and TRI norms you can’t barred nunber if it not beyond credit limit.
We are ready to pay actual amount but you people are not interested to solve our problem just giving us harassment.
To avoid further legal procedures solve our issues today itself and activate our both nunber immediately..
We don’t want any calls and mail mail game we want resolve our issues..
Senior person can see in trail mail from when we are requesting for postpaid to prepaid and ask to full and final actual amount of our both number..
