my name is vinod vasant uamape my mob no . is 7798562241 ,me vodafone postapaid plan use kar raha hu, bohat salo se,par es vodafone ki servise us company system bakvas ho gae hai, meri har mahine ki billing due date 10 tarikh ko hoti hai ,mujhe bill aya hai 725/- usme se kuch charge value added service ka laga diya gaya he , meine us khilaf complaint darg ki hai ,lekin unka koi reo reply nahi , meine bohat phone kiye har alag excutive har bar vahi bateri hir se doharae phir unka yahi jawab he ki sir hum refund kar denge , lekin aaj 15 tarikh aa chuki he phir bhi mujhe naya bill nahi diya , mujhe vahi amount pay karne ko kaha jaa raha hai , aur aaj meri call pre annousement bhi chalu kar di gae he, meine iske khilaf bhi complaint ki phir unka kehana he ki sir nahi ho sakta apko bill pay karana hoga , to meine unse kaha bhi ki app mujhe bill bhej dijiye jime extra charges jo lage hai vo kum karke to unhone kaha ki apko vo bill 17 may 2019 ko milega sir , jab app ki galti he ki app ne bill amount kum nahi ki hai , aur late app bill bhej rahe ho , to call pre annousment kyu chalu ki appne , agar me bill bhar nahi raha hu to baat thik hoti , par mujhe app bill 17 may ko doge to me tabhi bill bharunga to phir call pre annousment app kyu chalu kar rahe ho , tab unka jawab mila ki sorry sir system apki request nahi le raha he , apko bill bharana hi padega , lekin bill bharne ke liye bill to chaiye , vodafone ki sabse bakvas system ki vajah se me pareshan ho chuka hu ,me request karta hu ki plz espe koi karvae kare , system ki galti ki sajja customer kyu bhukte , esase pehe bhi meine vodafone compmny ko mailo bheja par unka baklvas sa reply aaya , par kuch kiya nahi gaya , i hope es baar meri complaint ka kuch hoga ,
