Last month I got bill of 2676/- rupees instead of 1170. When i called they told the amount was reversed in same month but i didn’t received any money from airtel. From last one month there is no progress and i ended up paid 2676/- not to disturb my internet services. I have attached bill for reference.
I have sent mail multiple times about my complaint severity and resolution time they didn’t reply fir that queries. Only they were saying it was escalated and they will fix it.
Today when I call,I come to know they didn’t open any ticket till now for same issue just working on mail.
Please help me out whome to reach and fix this issue?
