Dear Vodafone Team,

I have taken the Vodafone iroam pack for my trip to turkey. However, when i reach turkey there no zero network. By using wifi i reached out to your chat support team who asked me to try various thing which i did and it all failed. I had also reached out through twitter. They said 72 hours it will sorted. Even after 72 hours there was no network connectivity. I have raised this issue time and again.
I get my bill amount and SHOCKINGLY the iroam pack 2999 is added to my bill. I immediately called and raised a complaint on 24th December Complaint Number: 383283856 . The team says my SIM was 3g and hence was not able to use iroam. In this case why was I able to activate the pack??? And then struggle on my holiday in Turkey??I was forced to buy a local sim and use as my vodafone sim was not getting any network!!! After raising the complaint on 24th Dec, I kept following every single day for the update. But your support team kept saying 48hours , 72 hours and so on. Finally today when I call up, Mr.Ajay from your support team says the complaint has been closed and no waiver of the iRoam can be done.
I AM UTTERLY SHOCKED AND SURPRISED!! ALL MY TWEETS GET A ROBOTIC REPLY SAYING WE UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL AND IN FACT I WAS THE ONE CALLING FOR UPDATES!!! THIS IS REALLY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING!
Why should I pay for no fault of mine? I have been using Vodafone for so many years and paid my bills every month and have not moved to any other service provider in spite of so many offers and calls from them. Is this the way a customer should be treated? I am really disappointed and hurt.
